1. What is a daily habit you love doing?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The first thing I am doing every morning is to analyze the report I am getting regarding the revenue per customer, it helps me to understand the trends and to identify quickly if there is any problem in our business<\/strong>. You can learn so much from a simple report. 
Non-work related daily habit – is to listen to podcasts on my way to work and on my way back from work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. What piece of advice would you give yourself when you started? What advice would you ignore?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Don’t optimize for valuation, optimize for the best partner you would like to work with<\/strong>. I would ignore the advice of hiring only senior experienced people, sometimes the motivation is more important than experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. What piece of content (book\/podcast\/Ted Talk) is your favorite or has influenced your life?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

SaaStr podcast.<\/a> They are interviewing top-notch executives from leading tech companies and they are sharing best practices and the mistakes they made so I am learning every episode something new.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. What is the most valuable investment (time, money or energy etc.) that you\u2019ve ever made?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Building a trusted relationship with our board of directors<\/strong>. They are so experienced and build many companies, their point of view is always interesting to hear and to learn from. I am amazed that almost every meeting I am learning something new from them. The best part is that they are investing money in your company and working for the company’s success and helping you to promote your company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Is there a quote, mantra or message you live your life by and that you resonate with? It can be someone else’s as well.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

“If you can dream it, you can do it” Walt Disney. I always wanted to be an entrepreneur and here I am leading Verbit today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. What helps you stay motivated on good and hard days?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Reminding myself how lucky I am for reaching where I am and grateful I am to work with such an amazing group of talented people<\/strong>! A habit that helps is reading the news and hearing about other people stories, that makes it easier to get perspective and appreciate what you have. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. What are you passionate about other than managing your own company? <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Learning new things for example about making better decisions, or I’m always interested in finding out about different technologies. I also really enjoy meeting new people. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. What have you recently thrown away or released from your life that made a positive impact and why?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Due to COVID 19, we moved to work from home<\/strong> for 2 months already and I became very productive<\/strong>, for example in doing sports! I might start working more from home as I see it’s working so well. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

9. Share a failure you have experienced and what you learned from it.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Hiring people with the wrong mindset. Our DNA at Verbit is a can-do approach and mentality<\/strong>. If you hire people that all the time will tell why it’s not possible can be very frustrating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10. If you could have anyone in the world answer these questions who would it be and why?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Michael Jordan<\/strong>, after I watched the last dance series I have so many questions to ask him\u2026 for example how he managed to maintain his eagerness to win for such a long time, what motivated him etc\u2019.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
