1. What is a daily habit you love doing?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Lunching with the team at our favorite spot<\/strong>! This is what I miss most in this Corona age. Thirty-five minutes of casual chit-chats followed by the ultimate coffee break.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. What piece of advice would you give yourself when you started? What advice would you ignore?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

When starting out, I was often preoccupied with many \u2018what if\u2019s<\/strong>, mostly related to potential failure. I now understand that failure is an integral part of growing and understanding your market, your customer, and your true value as a team<\/strong>. A piece of advice we often got was to follow our KPIs strictly. If we were to do that, we probably wouldn\u2019t move. Sometimes it\u2019s as important to just keep blindly running in a single direction.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. What piece of content (book\/podcast\/Ted Talk) is your favorite or has influenced your life?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I know this might be obvious, but I have to say \u2018Lean In\u2019 by Sheryl Sandberg<\/strong>. Something about seeing these printed statistics and facts that truly echoed within me. I can honestly share that it helped change some critical patterns<\/strong>, which in turn served me when we started our journey with Spetz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. What is the most valuable investment (time, money or energy etc.) that you\u2019ve ever made?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Moving out of Tel Aviv and into Emek Hefer. Nothing beats our peaceful mornings here<\/strong> and our garden with the Lemon and Mango trees, and everything tea-related.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Is there a quote, mantra or message you live your life by and that you resonate with? It can be someone else’s as well.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

\u201cHow you climb a mountain is more important than reaching the top.\u201d \u2015 Yvon Chouinard<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. What helps you stay motivated on good and hard days?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

My team. Yes, I know it sounds like a cliche, but sharing my thoughts on a bad day to my co-founders helps a lot<\/strong>. And there\u2019s nothing like sharing some good news with the team – demonstrating how much each hard work helped promote Spetz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. What are you passionate about other than managing your own company? <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019m extremely passionate about rock climbing<\/strong>. Every week, ends (or starts) with an outdoor climbing day. These days energize me! I do 3 climbing-related training a week in order to get the most out of the weekends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. What have you recently thrown away or released from your life that made a positive impact and why?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I recently purchased a <\/strong>brand new MacBook Air<\/strong>, it was a long waited purchase. My old mac was from 2011 and though it was still operating, it was super slow. I don\u2019t like buying new stuff, but this purchase has literally upgraded my day-to-day life.<\/strong> It was definitely worth the wait.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9. Share a failure you have experienced and what you learned from it.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Before Spetz became what it is today, we were third-year students running a staffing agency for junior positions in the high-tech industry. We spent a lot of energy overlooking what we were really doing on the premise to become something super big, edgy, and data-oriented. Although we learned a lot from this version of Spetz, our biggest mistake was ignoring our gut. We could have pivoted way sooner.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

10. If you could have anyone in the world answer these questions who would it be and why?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

My dad<\/strong>. Unfortunately, he recently passed away. He was the type of business person one doesn\u2019t come across very often these days – a hard worker, a long-term strategist whose business endured through the highs and lows of the Israeli economy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
