Kfir Lippmann, Director of Finance, joined us for this week to talk about options.

This episode emerged from our frustration with regards to the little attention that job seekers give to this criterion when assessing an offer. Too often, we witness a choice made based on salary only, neglecting the potential upside of a sometimes life-changing decision that a stock option plan might encompass.

So, we decided to raise awareness. Talk about it all with transparency, and create a guide to "everything we want you to know about options".

We started with the very basic terminology that one should know when considering an offer made by a company. Then, we discussed different exercising shares scenarios and finally gave a framework for considering risk and opportunity and estimating the potential upside of a stock option plan.
