Every time we plan to build a new feature in our product, whether big or small, We go through the same process.:
1 – Identifying the impact
2 – Defining the problem
3 – Solution
4 – Execution
5 – Release and Feedback
It might sound trivial, but during a long period of trial and error we have formulated the best practices, the possible pitfalls of each step, and the nuances that will make a feature work. It was a journey that consisted of many lessons that mainly proved to us how important it is to execute every step, even though it can be tempting to give up on some.
This week, Darya Wertheim spoke with Shirley Baumer, Group Product Manager, and Oron Morad, Group Engineering Manager in monday.com about the different stages at the basis of our product methodology. This episode is the first of two on the subject, and it deals with the first three stages in the process.
