IMPACT. We all know this word very well. If we had a startup dictionary, the definition of impact would probably be something like “making a difference, changing something for the better”. That might be true, but what does it mean in practice?

Eran Zinman, monday’s Co-Founder and Co-CEO, learned what it means the hard way in his previous startup. “I wanted to create something that is perfect and I worked very hard for nine months to do exactly that”, he shared in the episode, “I went into this analysis-paralysis mode, and then I launched the product, only to find out that nobody wants to use it”.

This is only one example of an experience that helped Eran understand he has to approach everything he does with impact in mind. Together with him, a team lead, and a CX advocate from monday.com, we discuss what making an impact actually means in practice: Why releasing incomplete products is crucial? How can we use feedback as a tool for creating impact? And how can we apply this method in every single role?
