Product Led by Design – a Case Study

For over two years, we had a fixed amount of columns in our product. Although we constantly received requests from our users to add more types of columns, we simply couldn’t decide which one should be next and basically postponed this decision over and over again. We all know how this story ends – instead of adding one sole column, we finally added many many more (33 in total up to date). 

Ayala Naroshevitch, designer at monday.com, joined us to talk about the design creation of the new column center.
