Role Description

We are seeking a visionary VP AI for a full-time, remote position. Initially, this role is equity-based, with full salary to follow upon successful funding. The VP AI will lead AI strategy, development, and R&D for our company, combining hands-on model development with leadership of all AI and R&D activities. The role drives innovation in adaptive learning technologies while ensuring ethical AI practices.

The VP AI will define the AI vision, oversee architecture and pipelines, and directly manage all R&D teams, from AI research to engineering. The position involves continuous exploration of emerging AI technologies, translating them into production-ready solutions, and aligning AI initiatives with organizational goals.

We're looking for a Customer Support Engineer who has a passion for helping customers to join our support team and get the most out of our product.

In this role, you’ll be the point of contact for our customers, responsible for solving problems and ensuring they have the best experience with our product and our team.

We're looking for someone energetic, tech-savvy, who has high-level English and superb interpersonal skills.

** The position is full-time and requires the availability to work up to two evenings a week and 2 weekend shifts per month (Friday morning / Saturday Night).**ֿ

As a Customer Support Engineer at Loox, you will:

• Be in charge of our customer happiness and deliver amazing service.
• Become a product expert who knows the ins and outs of what Loox has to offer by helping our customers maximize the value they receive from us.
• Proactively identify opportunities and optimization points to help our customers grow.
• Represent the customer voice internally in Product, Marketing, and Business Development discussions.

As our first engineer, you will not just write code; you will shape the entire technical lifecycle:

Architecture & Scaling: Design and build our Full-Stack and Cloud infrastructure from scratch.

AI Integration: Own and integrate our proprietary AI core engine into a seamless commercial platform.

Rapid MVP Delivery: Drive fast, agile product iterations to hit the market at lightspeed.

Tech Stack Ownership: Make critical decisions on the technology stack without corporate bureaucracy.

Requirements

5+ years of Full-Stack experience (Python, Node.js, React, TypeScript, or similar).

Early-stage startup DNA: Proven experience building in fast, ambiguous, and high-growth environments (Seed/Early Stage is a must).

Cloud & DevOps proficiency: Hands-on experience with AWS/GCP, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.

AI/Data affinity: Strong background or deep interest in LLMs, AI agents, and orchestration frameworks.

Owner Mindset: A builder who can execute end-to-end autonomously.

Valority is building Luke, an autonomous AI decision engine for marketing and growth teams. Luke connects fragmented marketing, funnel, CRM, and revenue data, understands business context through a semantic operating layer, and delivers trusted, explainable, financially grounded insights and recommendations.

We are looking for an AI Engineer with hands-on experience building production-grade agentic systems. This role is ideal for an engineer who can move beyond prototypes and build reliable AI workflows that reason over
.enterprise data, execute analytical tasks, and produce explainable outputs users can trust.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain production-grade AI agents and agentic workflows for Luke’s decision engine.

• Design multi-step agent reasoning flows, including planning, tool calling, state management, retries, error handling, and workflow orchestration.

• Implement RAG and semantic retrieval capabilities across structured and unstructured enterprise knowledge.

• Integrate LLM workflows with Luke’s Semantic OS, including KPIs, business entities, formulas, mappings, policies, and guardrails.

• Build agent tools that interact with databases, APIs, analytical models, and external systems.

• Develop backend services in Python and user-facing workflows in React.

• Implement evaluation frameworks for agent quality, including task success, factuality, trajectory quality, tool-call accuracy, robustness, and consistency.

• Build safeguards for prompt injection, hallucination detection, data leakage prevention, PII masking, and output validation.

• Collaborate with product, data science, and domain experts to translate business use cases into reliable AI workflows.

• Help design infrastructure for observability, tracing, auditability, and explainability of AI-generated insights and recommendations.

We’re building Luke, an autonomous AI decision engine for marketing and growth teams. Luke helps teams turn fragmented marketing, funnel, CRM, and revenue data into trusted, explainable, financially grounded decisions.

We’re looking for a Marketing Data Analyst / Domain Expert to help us build the analytical and semantic foundation that powers Luke’s reasoning, recommendations, and decision workflows.

What You’ll Do

• Help define Luke’s marketing and growth domain ontology, including core entities, KPIs, formulas, business concepts, workflows, and best practices.

• Map key marketing questions, like where and why funnel leakage occurs,  into structured analytical logic.

• Collaborate on the design of AI analyst reasoning paths, ensuring Luke can move from data to root-cause analysis, recommendations, and action logic.

•

• Help design explainable recommendation frameworks, including drivers, assumptions, confidence levels, financial impact, and suggested actions.

• Work with product, data science, and engineering teams to translate marketing expertise into reusable analytical skills, semantic rules, agent workflows, and real-life recommendations.

• Review AI-generated insights and recommendations to ensure they are accurate, practical, and aligned with how marketing and growth teams actually operate.
