Every company has three growth engines – acquisition, activation, and retention. For new users to become regular users of our product, they need to see the value it offers and want to use it often. One of the best ways to make sure it happens is to make the use of our product into a habit – something that becomes part of their routine.
To use an example we are all probably a bit too familiar with, the fact that we’ve signed up to a new gym and bought new sports clothes and gear – doesn’t entail us coming every week and renewing our subscription next year.
This week, Darya Wertheim speaks with Michal Lupo, Group Product Manager, and Stav Levi, Product Manager at monday.com, about creating a habit for our users. They discuss the three stages that must exist to create a habit, the challenges in creating habits for different audiences, and how we can tell we succeeded.
