Skills Over Experience: Our New Interviewing Process

This week, Shaked Mizrahi – HR recruiter at, joined Roy Man –’s CEO, and Lior Kregel to discuss how we are shifting from assessing candidates based on their backgrounds to an evaluation based on skills and attributes. This method for hiring and interviewing was originally introduced to us by Gil Hirsch. Once successfully adapted and implemented for our Product Team, this is also being practiced now by our Marketing Team.

Since this is still considered to be “work in progress”, we talked about the challenges we still face, not only in the interviewing process but also in the way we communicate to candidates this shift and with regards to how an ideal process would look like.
