What does it take to implement our product in big organizations? What should you do when a user from an industry very different from yours, requires hands-on guidance? And should we rely on external partners in such a critical stage?
Implementing a new product in a ten-person company is relatively easy. Doing it in a company with hundred, two hundred or five hundred employees – one with many needs and numerous departments with different ways of communicating between them – is a whole other story. As monday.com scaled, we have faced this challenge more and more. To do it properly, we have established our Professional Services department, in charge of implementing our product for our customers.
This week Darya Werthaim talked with Asaf Fradkin, Head of Partnerships and Business Development, and Alon Siwek, Professional Services Team Lead in monday.com. They discussed the reasons that led us to start a whole department in charge of product implementation, the advantages of working with external partners, and the concessions you have to consider when working with them.
